Winemakers’ Notes:

Our primary winemaking objective for this wine is to maintain vibrancy and freshness. we gently whole bunch crush followed by fermentation in seasoned French oak, resulting in a beautiful savoury rose. 

Tasting Notes:

A complex, savoury and dry rose combining red berry aromas with a beguiling floral lift. The palate is both textured and fresh with juicy crunchy red berry flavours, all balanced by crisp and vibrant acidity. Beautifully fresh with superb mouth deel and length.
