Where is Turners Crossing Located?
Turners Crossing Vineyard is located near Bendigo, a historic wine growing region in Central Victoria, Australia. It is situated on the banks of the Loddon River, at Turners Crossing, a popular river crossing used by local farmers in the mid to late 1800's.

Do you have a cellar door or restaurant at the vineyard?
We do not have a cellar door or restaurant at our Vineyard. We do, however, offer wine tasting at our winery, which is located at Carlei Wines: 1 Alber Road, Upper Beaconsfield, just off Stoney Creek Road. Here you will be able to taste the full range of Turners Crossing wine and learn all about the winemaking process from our wine maker Sergio Carlei.

What kind of grapes do you grow?
The Turner’s Crossing vineyard is planted with Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier grapes.

How do I become a member of the Turners Crossing wine club?
You can become a member of the Turners Crossing wine club by simply filling out the form, under the drop down menu 'Wine Club', on this website.

What kind of discounts or special offers do I receive when I become a member of the Turners Crossing wine club?
When you become a member of the Turners Crossing Wine Club you automatically receive 20% off all purchase made on the website and will also be able to access a wide range of other member benefits and discounts.

Can I return items purchased on the website?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns on purchases made on our website. If by chance your delivery is damaged on arrival, please don't hesitate to email customer service: info@turnerscrossing.com.au

Can I order mixed dozens or half dozens?
Yes, you can order mixed dozens of half dozens, through our online store. By selecting either 'mix and match 6 bottles' or 'mix and match 12 bottles', you can choose what wines you would like to purchase, be it the same variety or mixed.

Is the wine under cork or screw cap?
The majority of our wines are under screw cap. The only wine that is sealed with cork is our premium wine 'The Cut'.
