The Viognier fruit was from low yielding vines harvested at the appropriate time to ensure optimum balance, ripeness and intensity of flavour. The fruit was hand harvested; whole bunch pressed and cold settled for 24 hours. The juice was transferred to old wooden French oak barriques and barrel fermented with a series of selected yeasts and natural yeast. The wine was aged in old French oak for 4 months. Lightly fined and filtered to ensure purest flavours and clarity.  

Winemakers Notes: 

Clear pale yellow colour, the aroma has apricots and orange blossom with some light spicy notes. The palate is complementary to the aromas, rich, round and textured, medium to full in weight with intense stone fruits and pear with some underlying citrus. It finishes long with refreshing crisp acidity.
